About our campsite

If you are looking to pitch your tent in a peaceful and quiet campsite in North Wales, then look no further!

We are just 8 minutes from the A55 and 5 minutes from the nearest beach.  Located just an 8 minute walk into quaint village of Rhuddlan where you will find lots of places to visit, eat and drink.  Our site is set in a beautiful setting with stunning views across the Clwydian mountain ranges where you will be surrounded by trees and grazing animals – what could be better?

Our campsite caters for a small number of tents and is ideal for young families and couples who want to get away from it all, spend time together and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Striking the ideal balance between laid back and organised, we aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can completely unwind and be at one with nature.

Our facilities

…have been developed with today’s camper in mind.  As well as electric hook ups, we have 3 separate shower/toilet blocks and a utility room which includes double sink and communal fridge/freezer.  If you don’t want to take your washing home with you, we have teamed up with a local laundry service who offer us a same day turnaround.  Or for a relaxing evening toasting marshmallows, you can hire one of our fire pits with bags of logs also available to buy.

“A wonderful place to go camping in North Wales! Couldn’t recommend anyone better, Celia was lovely! So warm and welcoming, very helpful in arranging our stay! Pity about the weather we had for bank holiday, but we still made the most of it! Even got to see the pet lambs running around the field.  Will definitely be returning”

Leah Taylor, 5* google review

It’s all about the family

Our campsite is family and dog friendly.  There is lots to see all season round on this working farm, with lambing early spring and cows grazing in the summer with a couple of curious Alpacas always ready for some attention.

Hobbyists delight

Whether you enjoy history, fishing, cycling or walking, there is something for all.  Come and explore the artefacts from the Dominican Friary, plenty of public footpaths and cycleways with a nature reserve close by.

Back to Nature

The farm is situated on a small country lane with only the sound of birdsong, moo or baa and the occasional hoot of an owl. A great place to rediscover your sense of wellbeing amongst the peaceful and relaxing surroundings.

Pubs and places to eat

Rhuddlan has a great tourist offering.  You can enjoy a range of cafes, pubs and places to eat that cater for all the family within an 8 minute walk.

Locally sourced

You can enjoy eggs laid by our very own free range happy chickens and there are plenty of locally sourced suppliers of food for your BBQ or breakfast.

In easy reach

Whether you want to get here by car, train or bus, Rhuddlan is within easy reach of the A55.  Rhyl station is only 10 minutes drive away and we have a local bus service running regularly.
